Who makes these puzzles?

Every puzzle is designed and made by Manish Rathod (Manqube) in Ahmedabad, India. Manish has created more than 150 twisty puzzle designs, and around 100 are listed in the Twisty Puzzle Museum. Read his story.

Why does my puzzle take 7 to 14 days to ship?

We don’t keep stock. Your puzzle is printed, sanded, fitted and tested by hand after you order. That’s what makes each one smooth and precise.

How long until it arrives?

Usually 3 to 5 weeks in total: 7 to 14 days to build, then 10 to 20 days with India Post. See Shipping & Delivery.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, to every country, on every order. Your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery.

Can I choose my colours?

Yes. Body colours: white, black, pink, blue, grey, yellow, orange, red or green. Sticker colours: white, black, pink, blue, yellow, orange, red or green. Tell us your choice in the order notes at checkout.

What is a ghost puzzle?

A ghost puzzle has offset cuts, so every piece is a different shape. You solve it by reading shapes, not just colours.

What is a mirror puzzle?

In a mirror puzzle the pieces differ in size, and usually there’s only one colour. You solve it by size and shape. The name comes from the original Mirror Blocks puzzle; it doesn’t mean the surface is reflective.

I’m new to twisty puzzles. Where should I start?

If you can solve a 2×2 or 3×3, try the 2x2x2 Octahedron Ghost Cube, Rhomdo Ghost Skewb or Heart Cheese Cube.

What are they made of?

A quality commercial puzzle core, with custom 3D-printed PLA extensions that create the shape.

How should I care for my puzzle?

Keep it away from heat. PLA softens at around 60°C, so never leave it in a hot car or direct sun. Turn gently at first while it settles in. If it feels dry after months of use, a drop of silicone puzzle lubricant helps.

What if it arrives damaged?

Contact us within 5 days of receiving your puzzle, with photos or a video. We’ll repair or replace it at our cost, or refund it minus the PayPal processing fee. See Returns & Refunds.
