Every puzzle ships free, to every country.

How long will my puzzle take?

Each puzzle is made to order. After you order, Manish prints, sands, fits and tests your puzzle by hand in Ahmedabad, India. That takes 7 to 14 days.

Once it’s packed, we ship with India Post. Delivery usually takes 10 to 20 days after dispatch, depending on your country and customs.

In total, most orders arrive 3 to 5 weeks after you order.

Tracking

We email you as soon as your puzzle ships, with the India Post tracking details.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country’s customs. These are set by your country, not by us, and are paid by the buyer on delivery. We always declare the correct contents and value.

Packaging

Every puzzle is packed with protective padding so it arrives safely.

Delays and lost parcels

Customs checks can add a week or more, especially around holidays. If your tracking hasn’t changed for 30 days, contact us. We’ll follow it up with India Post, and if the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll make you a new puzzle or refund you, minus the PayPal processing fee.

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering so we can fix it before dispatch.
