The Square-1 is a two-layer puzzle with a middle slice, where wedges and kites rearrange so the cube changes shape. The Square-1 Ghost Cube adds offset 3D-printed extensions to every piece.
You now solve shape twice: first returning the puzzle to cube form, then recognising each irregular piece. Familiar Square-1 methods still apply, if you can see the pieces clearly.
